Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Gets Disk Version

March 14, 2013 / by / 1 Comment

Microsoft will be bringing Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition to retail, it will be a disc-based version of the Xbox Live Arcade game. Containing all of the updates and content as the digital version. This is great for gamers who don’t have their Xbox’s connected to the interent, to download Minecraft. Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has done extremely well on Xbox Live, selling millions of copies. It only makes sense for Microsoft to bring the game to retail.

Gamers will be able to pick Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition in stores; starting April 30, for $19.99. The retail game will be the same as the digital version, with the same game updates and multiplayer connectivity. This is a wonderful way to get more gamers interested in Minecraft.
